You keep your IONOS contract and remain the account owner. A specialised partner receives authorised access and takes care of the technical work: configuration, updates, troubleshooting and questions.

Costs
You continue to pay IONOS for the products. The management service is billed separately. At Ravian Matrix, Essential Care starts at €19.90/month and Full Management at €49.90/month, plus VAT.
